I don't know how Margret and Taylor could have done anything to make our week in BVI any better.  The Ebb & Flow is a beautiful ship, looks like brand new.  The appointments are excellent and everything aboard is very comfortable.  But what really made this such a wonderful experience was the hospitality of Taylor and Margret and the fabulous meals created by Kim. Taylor and Margret did everything is their power to give our active family all the water sports they could handle and they loved every minute of it. They made sure everyone's needs were taken care of. Kim is a wizard in the kitchen.  Not only did she create fabulous dishes for our dairy allergic grandson, but the many, many dishes she whipped up for all of us were astonishing.  When anyone askes me how I would describe this trip, I would say "delicious". 
I think we are spoiled forever, but, to be sure, if and when we are ready to charter again, we will be in touch.

Hi Sharon - our trip was an absolute dream. Ish and Ashley were a perfect fit for our family. The boys adored them and we all felt so pampered - the pace was totally relaxed, meals were divine, excursions were fun-filled and the accommodations could not have been more comfortable. Absolutely a 10/10 vacation - best we ever had. We are already dreaming about another one maybe in the Mediterranean?

Hey Sharon, We had an absolutely fantastic week on the charter.  The boat was wonderful, but the crew truly take the experience to another level!  They made it an unforgettable week for the entire family.  We had a broad range of children, from 21 down to 5.  Each one of them were made to feel special and had a trip they will not forget.
Thank you as well for all your attentive and prompt help.  Things went off without a hitch, but knew you were available at anytime if needed.

Hi Sharon, Everything about our week aboard Ebb & Flow was perfection. Our pre-trip meetings were valuable and Margaret, Taylor and Kim were able to provide exactly what we were looking for out of our vacation. Taylor managed to find quiet bays away from the hustle and bustle of the larger ports and provided endorphin-filled rides on water skis and tubes for my kids; Margaret's enthusiasm for all things water was contagious and her calm, peaceful demeanor put us all at ease; Kim's cooking was magnificent. Every single dish, every single meal. This was perhaps the most relaxing, recharging vacation I have taken in years.

Across the board the pre-ship planning, ship amenities/comfort, trip itinerary and crew were 10/10. The food was excellent and staff was unbelievably professional, organized and focused on making our experience exceptional. I cannot recommend this boat and crew more highly. The captain was outstanding, navigating us around weather, including everyone’s preferences (wake boarding, island visits, excursions, shopping  etc) while exceeding expectations. Our family has done two trips on this boat in the last 2 years with this crew and we all feel this experience was exceptional 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone! 
I also want to thank you for your incredible support, responsiveness and help making this trip so smooth and comfortable. You deserve a time of credit as well!

I speak for our entire group that we had an absolutely fabulous trip with the crew of the Carpe Diem 7. Niko and his crew provided services at the highest level. The chef was as good as any chef you will find anywhere. In fact, if I had to do it again I am not sure we would leave the boat for a meal. The water and views were amazing along with the beautiful coastlines. The vessel was very comfortable with a variety of areas to sun bath, eat and drink. We would highly recommend this crew for your next vacation. In addition, Sharon was a huge assistance for me personally who organized our group’s trip from everything from sailing dates, to meal and drink packages, transportation to and from hotels and boat. She also was not only helpful arranging the trip but continued to help us while we were there.

Your professionalism, excellent service and kindness was exemplary. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on board Tiamo.  Captain Eleni and her crew were fantastic and looked after us very well. BELLE VIE, British Virgin Islands

We began working with Sharon during the summer of 2020 to plan a BVI charter for eight to celebrate a birthday in February 2022. Sharon sent us several options to consider, two of which were brand new Bali 48 foot catamarans with a crew (captain and a cook). We chose the Belle Vie, and Sharon worked patiently and tirelessly with us for 18 months through all the ups and downs of the pandemic, which included many changes in testing and entrance requirements and a change in embarkation from St. Thomas to Tortola. She was incredibly responsive to our emails, often replying immediately or within the hour to answer our questions and address our concerns. In addition, Sharon communicated with the owner to advocate for us and provide updates as things changed, provided a comprehensive preference form to help us customize our vacation, and introduced us to our amazing crew. We had a fantastic vacation, and we can’t thank Sharon enough for making sure it all went smoothly. We hope to sail again in the future and will certainly be contacting Sharon again!
