The largest superyacht to date from the Italian Sea Group (Admiral) is the five-deck, 73.2 metre ice-class explorer mega yacht PLANET NINE which has only just been launched, early 2018.
Setting a new benchmark in her category, this full-displacement custom motor yacht features accommodation for 16 across eight spacious guest staterooms, including a 300-square-metre Master suite which covers an entire deck and comprises two cabins and a central lounge.
The upper deck has a luxurious and spacious indoor/outdoor dining area with an internet lounge and a panoramic observatory lounge.
Other attributes include on deck Jacuzzi and elevators connecting all five decks and providing discreet crew access. The aft tender garage houses a pair of 9.75 metre Rupert Marine tenders, while the large Beach Club boasts an indulgent spa area for guests' total relaxation.
Designed by highly-awarded Tim Heywood, this superlative mega yacht has been constructed to deliver the best possible onboard experience for charter guests. With a massive volume of 2,100 GT, PLANET NINE can accommodate up to 16 guests and four crew in eight luxurious cabins, including a separate Owner's deck and a main deck VIP suite.
PLANET NINE comes with true 5-star specification including her MD 902 Explorer helicopter, hangar and landing pad and is one of very few yachts to offer a fully-operational helipad for charter use, allowing her guests to take full advantage of the chopper for Mediterranean exploration: ski slopes today, dive sites tomorrow.
The forward observation lounge of PLANET NINE offers 180-degree panoramic views. Floor-to-ceiling glass features across the yacht and there is a cinema with a112-inch screen below the observation lounge. The guest deck has its own entrance and lobby at the stern of the yacht. Adjacent to the five double suites is the steam room and Beach Club with its spectacular sea terrace. The guest accommodation includes a VIP suite cabin with its own lounge, which can be converted to create a sixth cabin.
Guests will never be short of things to do on board PLANET NINE, with a massive garage filled with PWCs, Seabobs, paddle boards, surfboards, diving equipment and inflatable tow toys.
