LCG Previews the Highlights of the 2024 EMMYS Charter Show

106 luxury crewed yachts will be on display, including some of the most popular and prestigious sailing and power catamarans available for charter in Greece and the Mediterranean.

Multihulls are popular charter vessels for their abundance of living space, stability in all conditions, and ability to access even shallow anchorages where larger vessels may struggle. This is why catamarans are perfectly suited to the islands and inlets of the Med, allowing guests to spread out while on board and enjoy itineraries that include remote and unspoilt regions.

Not far from Athens and known as “the greenest island of the Argo-Saronic Gulf”, Poros has inspired authors and poets with its verdant hills, white sand beaches, charming historic towns, and of course, crystalline warm waters.

Among the anticipated highlights of the luxury charter yachts on show will be:

ALOIA 80

Sailing catamaran, ALOIA 80 is an 80ft (24.38m) luxury charter yacht from Fontaine Pajot with accommodation for up to eight guests and plenty of features on board to entertain and delight charter guests.

There’s an expansive flybridge with extra-large seating and dining table, as well as a foredeck with jacuzzi, seating, bar and sunpads. The aft deck is ideally set up for alfresco dining, plus banquette seating and fold-out terraces to expand the leisure space on board.

Inside, the saloon comprises dining and lounge areas which are luxurious and welcoming, with designer décor and wrap-around windows, timber panelling and high-tech entertainment system for guests’ enjoyment. The galley is below deck.

ALOIA 80 accommodates 8 guests in 4 cabins, including one master stateroom with ensuite, desk and robe, as well as 3 queen-bed cabins all with private ensuites.

ABOVE & BEYOND

An impressive Sunreef 80 sailing catamaran, ABOVE & BEYOND boasts state-of-the-art features and expansive living space, ensuring that guests enjoy unparalleled comfort during their stay on board.

The flybridge boasts a range of amenities including a dining area, jacuzzi, bar, barbecue and sunbeds. The aft cockpit and fashionable saloon offer a breathtaking panoramic view and dining experience, making it the perfect setting for memorable moments with loved ones. The hydraulic platform can transform into a fantastic beach club on the water.

Inside, the décor is sleek and modern, and floor to ceiling windows ensure guests don’t miss a minute of the passing views. The saloon comprises lounge and dining space, with access to the foredeck.

ABOVE & BEYOND can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in four cabins, each with private ensuite.

The crew of five are well known and popular for their energy and attentive service. The on board Chef has won various awards at MEDYS 2022 and 2023, and takes great pride in devising menus to suite charter guests.

APHAEA

Luxury charter yacht APHAEA is a 67ft (20.42m) sailing catamaran from Fountaine Pajot, with plenty of deck space and accommodation for up to 10 charter guests to enjoy cruising the Greek islands in total comfort.

The expansive foredeck comprises dual trampolines for charter guests to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine, as well as a large lounge space with sunpads.

The flybridge has an undercover section with bar, grill, table, seating and lounges, as well as sunpads aft for guests to soak up the sun and the incredible views. The aft deck is a versatile space for alfresco dining, a day bed, lounges and easy access to the swim platform for launching watertoys and swimming.

The light, airy saloon boasts a large, extendible dining table and seating for 10, the latest AV with 50-inch TV, and a professional Chef galley opposite.

Below decks, there are five cabins, including the master stateroom with desk, walk-in closet and windows for breathtaking views. Then there are four queen-sized cabins each with private ensuite.

VALIUM 55

 A comfortable and feature-filled 55ft (17m) Lagoon catamaran, VALIUM 55 is a fantastic choice for charter in the Greek Islands, with space and amenities on board for up to 10 guests.

 The deck spaces aboard VALIUM 55 include a large foredeck with dual trampolines for guests to recline and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine, as well as a lounge space which is ideal for cocktails at sunset or socialising any time of day or night.

 The aft deck is the ideal place for dining alfresco, with additional lounges and daybeds, plus access to the hydraulic swim platform to launch watertoys. Then there’s the undercover flybridge, with sunpads, dining table, bar and top helm.

Inside, the saloon and galley are light and bright. Guests will enjoy the latest in AV entertainment and watching the on board Chef prepare delectable meals. There are six cabins aboard VALIUM 55, comprising five double and one twin.

ELLY

A new Fountaine Pajot power catamaran, ELLY is a 67ft (20.42m) charter yacht available in the Greek Islands and ideal for up to eight charter guests.

The massive foredeck is an expansive space for guests to recline and enjoy the sunshine and the views, or entertain at night in the sunken lounge area. There’s even a jacuzzi for cooling off, or warming up, whatever you favour, with LED lighting to set the mood.

The aft deck is perfectly designed for dining alfresco, socialising, or catching up on a book on one of the daybeds. The flybridge offers undercover dining and lounge area, plus large sunpads to soak up the sun.

The hydraulic swim platform is the ideal place to launch watertoys, which ELLY has in abundance.

ELLY’S interiors are free-flowing from the aft deck into the saloon, where guests can dine and socialise while enjoying fantastic views from large windows.

Below decks, there are four cabins, including a large master with ensuite, desk, lounge and walk-in robe, and three doubles, each with private ensuite. The two aft cabins have private access to the back deck.
