NEW charter yachts on show in Fort Lauderdale

The 58th FLIBS runs 1 to 5 November in Ft Lauderdale and features exhibits range from yacht builders and designers to exotic cars and brokerage yachts. Visitors can expect a massive range of the latest models, including runabouts, sportfishers, high performance boats, center consoles, cabin cruisers, flats boats, skiffs, express cruisers, sailboats, motor yachts, bowriders, catamarans, ski boats, jet boats, trawlers, inflatables, canoes, and extraordinary mega yachts – both for sale and available for charter.

Luxury Charter Group will attend this year's show, inspecting the current luxury fleet available in the Bahamas, Caribbean, and several in the Mediterranean and Riviera. Interestingly, this year's line-up boasts many new boats – newly built and fresh entrants to the luxury charter market.

SUGARAY

This stunning new tri-deck Ocean Alexander motor yacht is 34.14m (112ft) of sheer luxury. With interiors by Evan K. Marshall SUGARAY is exceptionally spacious and airy, with a layout that lends itself perfectly to family charter, accommodating 10 guests in five suites.

The saloon is roomy and light, with full height windows and double doors that open to allow the outside in. On the main deck is the expansive Master stateroom with panoramic views, extraordinary headroom. The Master bathroom comprises his and her wardrobe, WC, stall shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Below deck are the four guest staterooms, all with ensuites and equipped with state of the art AV, iPad controls and individual satellite receivers for TV. The skylounge/bridge deck of SUGARAY will really thrill charter guests: the largest TV aboard is mounted on the wall and is perfect for movie nights! SKYLER

A new 38.m (125ft) Benetti motor yacht, SKYLER can cater to a charter guest's dream vacation. The third hull in the Benetti Fast 125 series, SKYLER boasts interior styling by esteemed Redman Whiteley Dixon, and cutting-edge design and performance features.

Emphasis has been placed on outdoor living aboard SKYLER: on the sundeck centres around an L-shaped bar where guests can relax with cocktails with unimpeded views, plus there are sunpads and a big screen TV. On the foredeck, the Jacuzzi, sun pads and seating provide the ideal space for total relaxation.

The spacious upper deck with circular table invites alfresco dining, while the oversize Beach Club with bar provides the perfect spot for unwinding close to the water and accessing SKYLER'S generous selection of water toys.

Inside, the décor is sheer luxury, with a palette of rich textures, from glossy ebony and Thai woodwork to nickel detailing, silk woven into deep pile carpets and leather lining the central staircase. MUCHOS MAS

Operating in the Bahamas and the Caribbean, 44m (144ft) Crescent Yachts-built MUCHOS MAS has lavish accommodation for 11 charter guests in five suites. With her eye-catching metallic silver hull, MUCHOS MAS is stunning inside and out. The contemporary interior is a tasteful fusion of rich Walnut Burl timber paneling and grey Vinyl Tweed fabric. Rift Sawn White Oak flooring offsets the sleek walnut cabinetry throughout.

An owner's office leads into the elegant full beam Master suite, with Smart Glass Privacy Film windows. The opulent onyx ensuite boasts a central 2-person shower and includes a state-of-the-art therapeutic Vichy shower with six shower heads and four adjustable modes over a horizontal onyx bed. Luxury charter yacht CHASSEUR, built by Christensen in the US, is 48.8m (160ft) and boasts stunning contemporary interior and eye catching retro artwork/photography (featuring pieces by Terry O'Neill, Greg Lotus, Acey Harper).

Beautifully appointed accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins include a full beam Master suite with office and daybed, and spacious VIP with Hermes Jean-Michel Frank club chair in natural shearling. Guest ensuites are decorated with exotic onyx and include underfloor heating. Classic teak flooring is beautifully accented with holly inlays and adorned with plush silk area rugs and custom-built furniture.

CHASSEUR'S main stairwell is a sculptural work of art showcasing glass and woven leather walls with floating glass treads. Her six luxurious staterooms with ensuites will comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Each stateroom is equipped with extensive movie and music library, and satellite TV, iPad interface, and fast Internet.

The outdoor living areas provide abundant opportunities for dining, entertaining and sun bathing. The Sun Deck features a full height bar, large Jacuzzi and lavish lounge areas. The bridge deck has two alfresco dining sections as well as a chic open-air lounge area. The main aft deck provides a lavish seating arrangement and a full height service bar area. All exterior decks are fully equipped with ample room designated for a helipad and toys.

SERENITY 133

True to her name, the 40.5m (133ft) IAG-built luxury charter yacht, SERENITY 133 is the perfect antidote to the hectic world and its commitments.

SERENITY 133 boasts interior and exterior design by the legendary Evan K. Marshall and is one of the Terrazza series of IAG motor yachts. She has three permanent balconies off the master stateroom and skylounge that allow guests to immerse themselves in the scenery.

Amazing glazing, LED lighting and original artwork create a fascinating and mellow ambience inside. SERENITY 133 also has a multi-deck elevator that services all decks – another unique feature in a charter yacht this size. SERENITY accommodates up to 12 guests in six impeccably-styled staterooms, complete with TV, iPads, individual climate controls and satellite receivers, Apple Entertainment Systems, iPod docking stations, Wi-Fi access and more. The 900-square-foot Master suite has private "Terrazza" outdoor balconies to port and starboard. The ensuite comprises his-and-hers bathroom with European rain shower.

SERENITY 133'S incredible sundeck has a bar, large Jacuzzi with a three-tiered waterfall, which flows into a wading area with lounges, plus the skylounge comprises alfresco dining for 12 with an AC for guest comfort, ample lounges areas, full bar, fireplace and large flat screen TV. At water level, there is a Beach Club for ease of access to SERENITY 133'S impressive cache of watertoys.

TAKE 5

The 40m (131ft) 131 Yacht motor yacht TAKE 5 was built in 2016 by Sunseeker and is a brilliantly designed charter yacht suited to families and large groups. Boasting chic, contemporary "Hamptons-style" interiors, TAKE 5 was designed with large windows fo natural light and stunning views.

Luxury charter yacht TAKE 5 accommodates 12 guests in five generously sized staterooms. She is a great fit for families as she has a spacious main deck master stateroom and two queen staterooms as well as two twin bed staterooms each with a Pullman below deck.
