A favourite itinerary is cruising north from the Hauraki Gulf to the picturesque Bay of Islands abounding in marine life, tranquil anchorages and breathtaking scenery. For divers the Poor Knights Islands sanctuary is considered one of the best dive spots in the country.

On board PACIFIC MERMAID there are four spacious social spaces, giving guests ample choice for relaxing and entertaining.

The aft deck is perfect for alfresco dining and overlooks the generous swim platform with its barbecue and access to the full range of water toys.

Exterior stairs connect the aft deck to the bridge deck and continue up to the top sundeck. 

The bridge deck has a large aft deck for dining, and inside, the lounge and wheelhouse offer charter guests exceptional panoramic views in absolute comfort.

The sundeck boasts seating and deck space for guests to enjoy spectacular views at anchorage and while cruising.

INTERIORS

Inside this palatial charter yacht, the interiors will delight guests with the classic mahogany timber panelling and warm, welcoming ambience, complemented by neutral tones.  PACIFIC MERMAID has enjoyed an interior refresh in 2022, ready for the 2023 season.

The main saloon has two spacious lounge seating areas and bar where guests can spread out and unwind, and this space can be opened up to the aft deck to accommodate dining tables for special events.

The formal dining room features a beautiful table with timber inlay which seats up to 10 guests.

The upper lounge comprises sofas, a bar and retractable flatscreen TV for movie nights or watching sports.

ACCOMMODATION

Below decks, PACIFIC MERMAID has accommodation for up to eight charter guests in four opulently appointed cabins, each with private ensuite, crisp linen, plenty of storage and porthole windows for water views.

The master and VIP cabins both have queen beds and flatscreen TV, and the VIP cabin has double sliding doors that can open to one of the two twin cabins, creating a large family suite. The ensuites are decked out in marble and each has a shower, bidet, toilet and bath.

There are separate crew quarters to ensure privacy during your charter.

TENDERS & WATERTOYS

PACIFIC MERMAID is well equipped for guests to make the most of the wonderful tranquil anchorages which New Zealand is famous for. Along with a 4.7m tender for onshore excursions, there are paddleboards, kayaks, inflatable tubes, wakeboard, as well as fishing and snorkelling gear.
