Ipanemas

In keeping with the Luxury Charter Group's policy of experiencing first-hand the attributes of vessels they present for charter, company executives were pleased to be able to inspect IPANEMAS at the Monaco Superyacht Show, and while doing so, they were treated to a superb dinner on the alfresco sun deck, with the backdrop of Monaco. It was a tantalising dining occasion where the chefs and staff excelled – and by doing so they revealed one of the many wonderful elements that come with the IPANEMAS charter experience.

IPANEMAS, which was launched in 2012 and refitted in 2019, presents a complete five-star charter occasion for up to 12 guests who are accommodated in six luxuriously appointed suites. Her design incorporates four deck levels – the main deck, upper deck, sun deck and guest accommodation level. All have been created to have charter guests sample a wide range of lifestyle options.

The Main Deck Saloon is an expansive lounge area where modern décor and soft furnishings invite you into a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. Forward of this lounge is the Main Deck Dining Room where 14 guests can dine in a semi-formal environment and sample the finest fare while enjoying the outside vista through the exceptionally large side windows.

The Upper Deck presents more casual surroundings for your pleasure – an internal TV room and bar, and two extremely comfortable outdoor lounge areas; one on the foredeck where you can relax and take in the view while IPANEMAS heads for your next destination, and the other aft, where on the covered veranda you can savour outdoor dining or simply recline on the comfortable lounges.

The upper Sun Deck is where you can embrace your luxury charter in the most casual and chic atmosphere. There is an eight-person Jacuzzi, an enormous outdoor lounge, and the opportunity to enjoy exceptional dining – casual by day, or romantic by night, under a heaven laden with stars. This is very much another world aboard IPANEMAS.

The master stateroom is a sumptuous, superbly appointed cabin that extends the full width of the ship and offers every conceivable comfort and facility to the standard of a five-star hotel. Other charter guests are accommodated in similarly well-appointed, and very comfortable, staterooms on the lower deck.

All staterooms offer the highest standards of technology in television, audio-visual and communications.

IPANEMAS has a cruising speed of 21 knots, which means you can cover considerable distances between ports when the desire arises. When visiting a distant port, or at anchor in a secluded cove, the crew will be pleased to help you sample the many water toys that are on board, including jet skis, sea-scooters, kayaks, scuba equipment and a tender for water skiing.
